My mission is to create a space for women over the age of 20 to come as they are — body, soul, and story — with room to feel seen, supported, grounded, and more deeply connected to themselves.

About Me

I’m a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) and graduate of the Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology program at Yorkville University. I also hold a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and am an ACE-certified fitness professional. My clinical practice is grounded in a Wholistic, trauma-informed approach that honours the connection between mind, body, emotions, and lived experience.

My signature approach is the H.O.P.E. Framework—a Wholistic, body-based healing framework I developed to integrate psychotherapy with somatic movement, breathwork, and stretch therapy.

I'm so happy you're here.

Credentials and Training

I work with women over 20 who are navigating trauma, anxiety, identity concerns, life transitions, or simply a season where they no longer feel quite like themselves. My approach is warm, non-judgemental, and truly wholistic—creating space to slow down, feel heard, reconnect with yourself, and move forward feeling more grounded and supported.

You may find this space supportive if you are:

  • Low or no self-esteem, or misguided self-esteem rooted in others' definitions of her worth

  • Life transitions — relationships, motherhood, career changes, loss, identity shifts

  • Trauma and its effects on the body, nervous system, and sense of self

  • Disconnection from her body — feeling stuck, heavy, or unsure of who she is

  • A desire for a safe, non-judgemental community where she is truly seen

Practice, Vision and Values

Wholistic Hope Psychotherapy is built on the belief that healing does not require a drastic overhaul — it begins with one small, intentional shift at a time.

"Someone finally gets it. Maybe things really can be different."

  • Trauma-informed and body-led care

  • Non-assumptive, inclusive, zero-judgment language

  • Wholistic healing — mind, body, breath, and spirit

  • ACT-grounded: focusing on what is within the client's control

  • The body keeps track of every mind experience — healing happens there too
